What is the Return Policy?
There is a 30-day return policy for all SUPMOGO™ products. All products must be returned in original condition with tags intact and all parts in the box. Once the product is received, a SUPMOGO team member will review your request to confirm its return eligibility. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued within 3 business days. If your return is not approved, a team member will contact you within 3 business days.

When will my order be shipped?
All orders placed before 5 PM EST are shipped out the following business day.

How much is shipping and handling?
SUPMOGO™ provides FREE standard shipping for all orders in the Continental United States.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, the shipping options and cost will be presented at the time of checkout.

For international orders, will I have to pay duty?
SUPMOGO™ will ship with the instructions that you provide in the checkout. We cannot determine if any duties will be charged. Please check with the shipping carrier. ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. ANY REFUSED ORDERS WILL BE CHARGED THE SHIPPING FEE AND A 25% RESTOCKING FEE.

Use And Care

How often should I use the belt?
It is recommended to use the belt for at least 30 minutes a day for at least 5 days a week, do not exceed 2 hours of use when using the belt on your abdomen or back. It is important to allow your muscles to recover after your session. Many users engage in both active and passive training while they wear SUPMOGO™ EMS products. As you progress, you can adjust your routine to include daily training with no health or safety hazards. DO NOT use SUPMOGO™ EMS products while driving or while operating heavy machinery.

How can I maintain my Regenerative Wearable™?
The SUPMOGO™ Regenerative Wearable™ is machine washable, DO NOT wash the smart battery. Detailed care instructions can be found in the User Manual provided in the package. You can download a digital file of the User Manual (here).

How should my Regenerative Wearable™ fit?
The SUPMOGO™ Belt should be wrapped snug onto the skin with no gaps in between your skin and the fabric. Overstretching of the belt will cause tears and damage to the fabric of the belt.

How effective is the product?
If SUPMOGO™ is used with proper diet and exercise 94% of users see results in as little as 4 to 6 weeks. Within a week of consistent use of 30 minutes to an hour you will see a difference in waist circumference due to loss of water retention. The technology in the belt is mimicking a muscle contraction, so physically the body has to go through the process of muscle growth and fat loss.

Can I use SUPMOGO if I recently gave birth?
You must wait a minimum of 6 weeks before using SUPMOGO™, but it is highly recommended to wait a period of 3 months, specifically in the case of a cesarean section. Please seek the advice of a medical professional before beginning use post-partum.

Does SUPMOGO™ work for Adenomyosis, PCOS, and ovarian cyst pain?
Yes, the SUPMOGO™ Belt can help relieve menstrual pain due to conditions such as fibroids, adenomyosis, PCOS, ovarian cyst pain, and pelvic inflammatory disease. 

Does SUPMOGO™ work for endometriosis pain?
Yes! With over 100 intensity levels and full control over the duration of the impulses, the SUPMOGO™ Belt can either help relieve all the pain or manage the pain to make your day more tolerable. 

Does SUPMOGO™ work for lower back pain, sciatica pain, pinched nerves, herniated discs, etc.? 
Absolutely! Not only does the SUPMOGO™ Belt help with all types of back pain, but it can also help rehab and recover muscle fatigue and soreness. 

If I have a preexisting illness, can I still use SUPMOGO?
If you have a pacemaker, heart conditions, cancer, cancerous lesions on your skin, or other skin conditions, it is highly recommended not to use SUPMOGO™ EMS products. If you have any other concerns or conditions that were not stated above or mentioned in our manuals, we strongly suggest consulting a doctor or medical professional before using any of the SUPMOGO™ EMS products.

What is happening under the skin?
The impulses that are being conducted and transmitted through our conductive fabric are traveling through the muscles to complete the electronic circuit. With EMS, the current can reach your motor neurons activating and contracting the targeted muscle groups. In comparison to TENS units, the current is only strong enough to reach your sensory neurons, which in effect only temporarily relieves pain.

Is it normal for my skin to turn red after using my Regenerative Wearable™?
Yes, some redness is normal. The use of Electronic Muscle Stimulation (EMS) helps to increase blood flow, which is a portion of the reason this happens. Additionally, redness could be caused by prolonged use and the pressure or tightness of the belt. After thirty minutes of use, re-apply water to the conductive fabric to ensure that the belt is still saturated. If the redness becomes excessive, try to turn down the intensity. If this does not help, please contact us!

How are the impulse signals being transmitted from the nerve to the brain?
These signals are being sent through the central and peripheral nervous systems allowing them to communicate directly with the brain. In essence, your brain is aware of the muscle contraction, but it is not the one controlling it.

How does mineral conduction work?
Anions(-), or ions that have gained one or more electrons, acquiring a negative charge and cations(+), or ions that have lost one or more electrons, gaining a positive charge create a potential electrical pathway.

Conduction through different minerals?
Sodium and potassium have one positive charge while calcium and magnesium have two. Chloride(-1), Oxygen(-2). Generally speaking, the higher charged particles have greater bonding capacity and have more ions that can create electrical “bridges”.

Are there minerals that do not conduct?
All elements have a charge. Only gases (e.g., radon) are neutral. Salt (NaCl) is neutral but is compromised of positive (Na) and negative (Cl) elements/ions.

How does the Sodium/Salt from naturally sweating enhance conduction?
Sweat has salt (NaCI) and provides positive(+) and negative(-) ions for electrical impulses.

Does human sweat differ from person to person?
Yes, but NaCl (salt) is still the major component and therefore will still allow for the same level of conductivity.

Using different types of water to conduct?
Distilled/deionized water has no salts and does not conduct electricity and is actually an insulator. All other water contains varying levels of salts that act as a conduction method to transmit the impulses from our conductive fabric.

What is the difference in conductivity of basic tap water versus saltwater?
Seawater is over 200 times as salty as fresh water and contains mostly sodium chloride. Potassium chloride should provide similar conductivity.

Does ionization matter?
Ionization separates water into OH- and H+ with an electrical charge. This should not make much of a difference in creating a circuit however salts (KCl, NaCl) are much better for conduction.

Does OH matter?
OH- would raise the pH levels of the water but in the case of SUPMOGO's conductive fabric, this would not make a big difference.

Smart APP and Smart Battery

What devices support the mobile app?

What can I do using the app?
Our SUPMOGO™ Smart App acts as a remote control and allows you to fully customize the Intensity (how strong the contraction is), Pulse (how long and how deep the contractions penetrate your muscles), & Rest (amount of seconds in between each contraction) settings of your sessions. You can also access our website, community forum, how to use instructions, and you can contact us directly from the app.

Can I use SUPMOGO without the Smart App?
No, the Smart Battery which powers the session is controlled by the app.

Why can't I store my last settings on the app?
For all levels of users, SUPMOGO™ needs to be gradually increased and a warm-up period is necessary. As a safety feature, SUPMOGO™ defaults to level 0 with every pause or reset.

How long does the battery last?
The battery will last 8-10 hours depending on the intensity level of the session.
