Refund Policy: At SUPMOGO, we offer a 60-day return policy, providing you with 60 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, with all the original components in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without justification. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and inform you if the refund was approved by our quality control department. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
