RECOMMENDED SETTINGS FOR PAIN:  When you begin your session first set the Pulse to 5 seconds, you want to warm up the muscles first. Set the Rest to 1-2 seconds or more if desired. Finally, you can begin to increase the Intensity gradually. Do not go up in intensity too quickly. Please allow 5-7 seconds in between each increase. You will begin feeling a tingly sensation, gradually go up until you feel more of a muscle grab, similar to a deep tissue massage. Once you found the right Intensity got you, you can then increase the Pulse to 10-15 seconds to allow the RecoveryFlex System to contract the deepest layers of the muscles for the most effective recovery.

PRO TIP FOR ABDOMINAL STRENGTHENING: A Pulse level of 1-7 seconds simulates crunches, and 8-20 seconds simulate a plank. The longer the Pulse hold is for, the deeper the contractions will reach the deepest layers of the muscles.

RECOMMENDED USAGE TIME: 30 minutes to 1 hour maximum
Note: If you begin to feel something like a needling sensation please resaturate the Conductive Pads (khaki pads) with water.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: Place the RecoveryFlex System without the smart battery inside the SUPMOGO Wash Bag. You can wash it with other clothes, avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals. Leave the belt to air dry, do NOT expose the belt to high temperatures such as leaving it in the sun or in the car for extended periods of time. Do NOT dry the belt in the dryer.

RECOVERYFLEX SYSTEM: STEP BY STEP HOW GUIDE

Step 1: Open The SUPMOGO RecoveryFlex System Carrying Case
Step 2: Fully Saturate the Conductive Pads (khaki pads on the back of the belt) with Water
Step 3: Add the 10 Inch Extension (if needed)
Step 4: Download the SUPMOGO App on your Smart Phone
Step 5: Turn on your phone's Bluetooth
Step 6: Open the SUPMOGO App and click “Pair Device”
Step 7: Hold the Button on the Smart Battery Until the LED Light Is Flashing Blue
Step 8: When you see the SUPMOGO pop-up screen click Pair
Step 9: The Smart Battery LED Light Will Flash Green when paired
Step 10: Press Quickstart or Timer Mode to Begin your Session
Step 11: The LED Light Will Turn Solid Green When Session Starts
Step 12: Clip the Smart Battery on the front of the Belt where the silver clips are on the top
Step 13: Wrap the Belt Around the Desired Area
Step 14: Don't Overstretch the Belt
Step 15: When Placing the Belt, Make Sure It Sits Flush With the Skin
Step 16: Set the Intensity | How Strong the Contraction Is (go up slowly)
Step 17: Set the Pulse | How Long It Holds the Muscles For
Step 18: Set the Rest | Amount of Time Between Each Contraction
